My favorite TV show has got to be Top Gear (the British one, not the US one). It's got everything, awesome cars, cool challenges, and funny old guys for presenters. I can't get enough.

I like MXC most extreme elimination challenge. It's a japanese show with funny english overdubbing and all these bizarre physical challenges. My kids love it too.

They've got some crazy shows in Japan. And yeah, kids love them because they're colorful and pretty ridiculous.
