please tell me how to add a video from youtube to a post?

To combat spam, you must be registered for 2 days and post 2 times before you can post any external links.

One you meet the above prerequisites, just put the link to the youtube video in the post.

If you don't want to post a link, but want to embed the video itself in the post, put the url into the post, then highlight the url, and press the YouTube button above the post area.
