recovering monthly subscibtion error, 4 Dec 2017

I reinstall windows 10, because of windows update problem, I rename My PC with last PC name, because I read that TR identify PC name.

current TR that I installed is 1.2.5

My last recurring paypal is Nov,22, 2017

Please help.

Please try the "Recover Subscription" option in Tools -> Manage Subscription. Does that work?

Hi John,

I just uninstall version 1.2.5, use ccleaner to clean registry restart PC then install 1.2.6, try to submit recover subscription, using paypal and then try using stripe, still failed :-(

What is your PayPal email address? I'll look up your subscription and send you the correct subscr_id so you can recover your subscription. FYI, it's not the same thing as the transaction_id.
