recovering monthly subscibtion error, 4 Dec 2017

I reinstall windows 10, because of windows update problem, I rename My PC with last PC name, because I read that TR identify PC name.
current TR that I installed is 1.2.5
My last recurring paypal is Nov,22, 2017
Please help.

Please try the "Recover Subscription" option in Tools -> Manage Subscription. Does that work?

Hi John,
I just uninstall version 1.2.5, use ccleaner to clean registry restart PC then install 1.2.6, try to submit recover subscription, using paypal and then try using stripe, still failed

What is your PayPal email address? I'll look up your subscription and send you the correct subscr_id so you can recover your subscription. FYI, it's not the same thing as the transaction_id.
