gone back to free version again. you got a nice piece of software. But your registration process does not work for me. I'm done please cancel my subscription.

I don't know who you are. And to keep all your information private, I can't cancel it for you.

You have to go to Tools -> Recover Subscription, and after you complete the recovery, go to Tools -> Manage Subscription -> Cancel Subscription.

The only time your subscription should get lost is if you completely reinstall your computer or get a new computer.

I tried to recover two days ago but I never received the email this is the forth time I have gone back to free version with the same pc. when I submit my info it says says success but I never get an email

I found a couple emails that got rejected by the remote server.

Are you refriedbeans48@netscape.net?

If so, the emails didn't go through.

Is that your current email?

I found the previous topic where your program went to the Free version. The emails went out, but your mail server failed to accept them for some reason. Here is the error...

smtp;521 5.2.1 : AOL will not accept delivery of this message.

The messages were sent to refriedbeans48@netscape.net.

If you still wish to cancel, please provide your current email address.

If you still decide to cancel your subscription, obviously I understand. We will be sorry to see you go. Please enjoy the free version of TorrentRover.
