LAST UNDATE. CAN'T GET ON OR UNINSTALL

Downloader lastest update and haven't been able to use TR. Tried to uninstall and it won't allow be to uninstall. GET error C:/users/Joel/APP DATA/LOCAL/TEMP/IMP000,TM

I'm not sure why this happened, but hopefully I can help you.
Did you try restarting the computer? Sometimes files get locked by the operating system, and the only way to free them again is to restart. A handy tool for checking if a file is locked is "LockHunter". I used it.
I assume by your description that you are running the installed version. If you are running the portable version, you don't "uninstall" it. You just delete it.
One thing that some people have tried that may work for you is to delete your %localappdata%\TorrentRover folder. Your settings are stored in there, and sometimes things get messed up, and in that case, it's easiest to just delete it and start over. After you delete the folder, just open TorrentRover again, and see it it works.
