Hi everyone

please I need your help.

I am paid monthly subscriber to (torrent Rover),but today I reverted back to Free version,3 downloads per day.

yesterday was working fine, but I do not know what happened today.

please can you help me solving this problem and thank you so much for your help in advance

I'm so sorry this happened to you.

There's no subscription code. It's all handled automatically. I can figure out what's wrong for you. I need 2 things.

1. The last 4 digits of the credit card you used to pay for your subscription so I can look up your subscription.
2. Your machineId. Just open TorrentRover and press F12. The number at the bottom of the Debug window is your machineId.

With that information, I'll be able to find out what's going on and fix it for you.
