Cannot load torrentrover

I'm sorry you're having trouble, and I'm sorry it's taken almost 2 weeks for me to get back to you. I've been working through an email backlog and your issue got buried a bit. I'm really sorry for the delay.

The message you're seeing means that the startup service was unable to communicate with the TorrentRover.com server and establish what TorrentRover should do. Without the startup service, TorrentRover can't work properly. Please check the following:

1. You can get to https://www.TorrentRover.com in a web browser. (I assume you can since you can get to the forums, but check anyways.)
2. You can get to https://www.TorrentRover.com/services.svc.

The service page should look a little weird, but as long as you don't see an error, it should be working.

If both of these appear to be working, it may be on your side. In that case, please answer the following questions so I can help you further:
What version of TorrentRover are you running?
What version of Windows are you running?
