Re: PC freezes
It's possible, but it should search, get the results, and then stop searching. If you select a Rover with zero search results, it will research as long as it wasn't updated in the last sixty seconds. I run over 100 Rovers, some of them weekly, and for me, TorrentRover takes about 10-40% CPU while it...

Re: PC freezes
Do you know how to open Task Manager? Right click on the taskbar, and click "Start Task Manager". Switch to Details view and scroll down to TorrentRover (or where TorrentRover would be alphabetically), and then start TorrentRover. Does the memory (RAM) usage keep growing until the PC is unusable? Or...

Re: CPU maxes out
Do you have your Preferences set to open the last closed file automatically? If so, there is a startup process that sets the torrent Points and updates past searches. This process can take several minutes depending on the size of your file. To see if this is causing the issue, please set this option...

Re: Incorrect file sizes in search results
To fix the file size issue, I'm going to have to run the searches through a Proxy server in Brazil so I can see what you are actually getting. Otherwise, I'm only guessing. Once I get this worked out, I'll do a patch release to fix the problem. Thank you so much for bringing the issue to my attentio...

Re: Incorrect file sizes in search results
The issue with the file sizes is not that the file size isn't displayed correctly. It's how the file size is parsed from the search site. If the torrent file size is displayed as "1,230GB", this looks like 1230GB to TorrentRover, but if you treat the comma as a decimal separator, it's 1.23GB, not 12...

Re: Incorrect file sizes in search results
Hey pstrg, what Country are you in, and what Language do you speak? I'm going to use this information to test a fix for the file size problem.
Also, do you notice this issue on specific search sites? Can you tell me which sites have this problem for you?

Re: Trouble Recovering 1 year Subscription
I can help you.
Do you know the date of the original purchase?
What is your PayPal email address (the email you use with PayPal)?
I'll use this info to look up your SubscriptionID, and I'll email it to you so you can enter it into the Recover Subscription dialog.

Re: Setup will not run
Huh. That is interesting... I assume you're already tried restarting the computer? Or shutting down and starting it up again? Maybe there are some install files stuck in the Temp folder (just open a File Explorer windows and type %temp% and hit enter). It should be safe to delete everything in that ...

Re: Setup will not run
I've never heard of that uninstaller. Is it possible it removed more than just TorrentRover?

Honestly, the image was hard to read, but I was able to see the text. That's about all I could gather though.
You say you don't have either of those two folders? Is this your first time installing TorrentRover?
