Re: False Positives?

I'm sorry it has taken me a week to reply. Apparently I'm not being notified of new posts anymore. Sorry about that. Ok, I've looked into your issue. Your problem appears to be caused by the combination of 2 problems. 1. This only happens with IsoHunt because they return non matching results for som...

Re: Torrent Rover not working

I'm sorry you're having trouble. There are a couple things you can try... 1. Open File Explorer (Computer) and go to "%localappdata%". Rename the "TorrentRover" folder to "TorrentRover BAK" or something like that. Try to run TorrentRover again. 2. Download TorrentRover Portable for TorrentRover.com,...

To guard against span, the forums prevents you from posting links for your first post. Just post a general description of your problem and then replay to your own post with any links or images. Sorry about that.

Stuck on Loading... screen at startup

Some people have had a problem where TorrentRover get's stuck on the Loading screen. It looks like this: Capture.JPG This is fixed in the latest dev build, v0.22.11, but there is a fix/workaround for previous versions too. 1. Close TorrentRover if it's open. 2. Open an explorer (My Computer) window....

Re: Add YouTube video to forum post

To combat spam, you must be registered for 2 days and post 2 times before you can post any external links. One you meet the above prerequisites, just put the link to the youtube video in the post. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gaw2XdP_jmY If you don't want to post a link, but want to embed the vide...

Re: Color Scheme

I have made a change that I think should make this a little easier to understand. This is what the next Preferences -> Timing tab will look like. It's already tested and working in the latest developer build. It'll be available to the public very soon.

I'm definitely interested and I'm going to check it out over this weekend. Are you affiliated with either of the apps at all?

Re: remote desktop issue

I use RDP to get to my TorrentRover machine too. I haven't had the problem you're describing, so I'm not sure of the cause, but I'm happy to help you solve the problem. I suggest we first check your RDP settings. Here are mine, at least the important ones: Experience.png Display.png Check your setti...

Re: bug?

I''m confused. Are you suggesting that someone violated these rules?

Do you have a question about these rules? If so, please start your own thread rather than posting a new question to an existing thread.

Re: adding a search engine

Yes, in theory, TorrentRover can use private trackers. It has the ability to store the information for login credentials. The challenge will be to make sure we can do a passive login to get into the site (e.g. http://username:password@demonoid.me/...). Otherwise it'll take a lot of new code to imple...
