Did you enter the tweet through the popup window in TorrentRover? Did you wait for TorrentRover to confirm the tweet? Or did you close the window early?

I'm glad it's working for you. Please be aware that the sites you can select in Preferences do NOT affect Rovers that have already been created. Each Rover has its own stored Search Sites which can be changed.
